Well, I know tomorrow is Thanksgiving Thursday, but today is Woodpecker Wednesday! I’ve had several beauties showing up lately, so I thought I’d share a few.

First is this Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (which always sounds like a comic strip name to me!) who has been showing up on a regular basis to sample the Bark Butter.

A pair of Red-bellied Woodpeckers has also been making regular appearances. Ladies first…

…and now the gentleman.

And last but not least, a cute little Downy Woodpecker (this one’s a fella) has been stopping in to sample the peanuts.

These beauties have been getting a little early feasting in!
