Well, I think I may have spoken too soon!
I recently shared how the fall migrators seem to have a more the merrier mindset, but it would seem that there is at least one wayfarer that would beg to differ!
This Black-throated Green Warbler was enjoying a private bath the other day…

…when in flew a Chestnut-sided Warbler. Let’s just say that the newcomer was not given a warm welcome!

A bit of squabbling and scuffling ensued…

…but the second to arrive was not in the mood to be bullied and refused to leave the bath!

So, the Black-throated Warbler flew off to the Japanese Maple…

…while the Chestnut-sided Warbler enjoyed a leisurely bath all by his lonesome!

I guess there is always an exception to the rule!
