I’ve already shared about the Grosbeaks that popped in when I was visiting with my Mom a few days ago, and how the Blue Grosbeak was a first time capture for me. Well, I was treated to another first-time-photo that day – a tiny Cape May Warbler just passing through on its way north.

This one was fun to try and photograph because it was small and barely sat still for a second. I felt a sense of accomplishment just getting him in a shot or two before he flew off!

I love the markings on this fellow! It really was a treat to have him stop by!
What a beautiful little bird
He is quite the looker!
Very handsome bird… great captures, Kathy!
Definitely needed the bird app to identify it…warblers confuse me!
You and just about everyone else!
What a stroke of Good Luck for all of us!
I had no idea what it was when I was snapping pictures. I had to wait til I downloaded them to figure out what kind of bird this yellow blur was!
Warbles are so difficult to photograph because they never sit still!
Agreed!
Wow, so tiny on that fence. It’s a beauty. Lovely shots.
What a bright little thing!
