Oil and water may not mix, but Labs and water…well, that’s another story!
This afternoon was too beautiful to be inside, so we got in the Jeep (Tucker led the way!) and headed over to the Greenprints Trail in Downtown Woodstock. It is a lovely paved path that meanders alongside Noonday Creek. Our intention had been to stay on dry land, but who can resist such a sweet face?
We didn’t bring a fetch toy with us (again, we weren’t planning on getting wet!) but hey, a stick has done just fine for centuries, right?
And so began a lovely romp in the water where Tucker would eagerly wait and then fetch…
…and then wait…
…and then fetch.
The boy had a blast – and so did we!
I promise, there’s a Lab in there somewhere!
