Although the White-throated Sparrow (featured in the previous post) is only here for a limited time, the Chipping Sparrow is always in plentiful supply.
These sweet little birds are here year round, in abundance. You might even say they are a bit over-stocked.
Still, I think their color tones and markings are quite lovely. It’s amazing all the design detail you can see in one little bird!
These guys are always welcome guests in my backyard.

Amazing how many lovely sparrows you have we only mainly have one kind, not as pretty as yours and they were intriduced from Britain.
We do have quite the variety.
